Amanda Morison

Amanda Morison

Amanda Morison grew up on Dartmoor, apart from three years in Swaziland (now Eswatini) – she can still sing the first verse of the National Anthem, which had to be belted out at the start of every school day. Childhood outward-bound adventures included a lot of camping and a little trout fishing, but after studying English at Durham University Amanda headed to London to work for magazines including House & Garden, Brides, Red and ELLE. She now wears wellies more often than she’d like and lives in Hampshire with a husband who loathes canvas but loves a day with a gun, preferably with pet Labrador and four sons in tow.
