Devised by Gamekeepers Welfare Trust trustee Lady Scott, this award highlights the invaluable contribution many women make to the success of the gamekeeper in their life. Often unrecognised and unpaid they may be involved in any, or indeed every aspect of a keeper’s work from the rearing fields to beating or catering on shoot days.
