Jonathan Irby grew up on the Isle of Anglesey where, on the small family shoot, he first fell in love with the sport. In subsequent years he was general manager for the West London Shooting School and latterly managing director of Purdey at The Royal Berkshire. As a judge on the Purdey Awards for Game & Conservation and founder of specialist rural estate adviser Tioli Consulting, he is lucky enough to spend time visiting and advising on some remarkable country estates and conservation projects.
