Fishing enthusiasts have joined forces to create Let's Tackle Cancer. Bids, donations and ideas are all encouraged by Let's Tackle Cancer
Let's Tackle Cancer was set up in 2010 to raise money for Cancer Research, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Macmillan Nurses.
Let's Tackle Cancer has raised £17,000 so far, and with your help is hoping to carry on their inspiring work.
Let's Tackle Cancer started through the Fly Fishing Forum, with members auctioning spare tackle they no longer used. It has since grown and Let's Tackle Cancer now includes everything from fishing days, fishing holidays, fishing guides, fly boxes and more.
Donations are auctioned via the Fly Fishing Forum, with the money being paid straight to the charities via Just Giving.
Let's Tackle Cancer are keen to raise awareness of their fundraising activities and invite people to contact them throught the Let's Tackle Cancer website if they wish to donate or become involved.
Very few people are unaffected by cancer, and Let's Tackle Cancer are hugely enthusiastic about raising funds for such a woirthwhile cause.
