The British Deer Society send out a positive welcome to the new NGO Deer Branch
The British Deer Society have responded positively to the new NGO Deer Branch that will replace the UK Association of Professional Deer Managers.
"The British Deer Society welcomes any measures designed to improve standards and education in deer management. Within the membership of the NGO there is no doubt a great deal of experience and knowledge. That this is to be focused within the new Branch where it can offer sound advice and support to the members has got to be a positive step towards improved practice and deer welfare."
The BDS adds: "We look forward to our two organisations working together in the future."
