The estate covers 145,000 acres at the southern end of the Cairngorms National Park. There are six stalkers and six under-stalkers, the walked-up grouse moor yields about 10 brace per day and fishing is on three salmon beats with a hill loch for wild brown trout.

“We can cater for an experienced party looking for memorable sport or those who want a week with some sport and more relaxation,” says estates manager Andrew Bruce-Wootton. Bruar Lodge is at the end of a nine-mile track. Victorian lodge Kindrochet, four miles from Blair Atholl, has a games room.
