Try this month's Greenall's cocktail recipe.
Greenall's Tom Collins
2 parts Greenall's gin
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
Ice cubes
Soda water
Slice of lemon
Put the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a highball glass. Stir well, then fill with ice. Top up with soda water and finish with a slice of lemon.
